Abstract
A series of experiments investigating the removal of trace endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) and Pharmaceuticals were conducted at bench-, pilot-, and full-scale. These investigations were part of an AwwaRF funded project to investigate a plethora of water treatment processes for the removal of these emerging contaminants (AwwaRF Project #2758). This presentation will speak to oxidative disinfection processes, and their role in the removal of microcontaminants.
