Selection Procedure for Project Delivery and Contract Strategy

Abstract

A project delivery and contract strategy defines the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved in a project and how the owner will pay for services. A project delivery and contract strategy also establishes the project execution framework. The development of a structured and integrated procedure and decision support tool that can aid owners in selecting the most appropriate project delivery and contract strategy for their capital projects is described.
