The following figure corrections should be noted. Although these corrections do not affect the substance of the paper, an imprecise description of the variables in Figs. 1–3 and of some of the data used in the numerical results reported in Figs. 4–7, Figs. 9–13, and Fig. 16 have resulted. The corrected figures are reproduced here.
