Please note the following corrections to the original paper:
The first author’s name was originally published online erroneously as “S. Mohamed Soliman.” The correct name of the author is “Mohamed Soliman.”
On p. 04014001-2, the first sentence should read, “Cramer and Bea (1991) used an S-N approach combined with formulae which relate the crack size to the remaining service life of through-thickness cracks in order to calculate the time-variant probability of failure for the detail being studied.”
On p. 04014001-4, the last sentence of the paragraph describing Fig. 2 should read, “The input also includes the damage thresholds, inspection type parameters, and the cost data.”
ASCE regrets these errors.
