This paper is retracted at the request of the authors due to the discovery of errors made in the manuscript that invalidated the conclusions. The error was that the authors simulated the 2D fault as the line dislocation. Therefore, most formulations and figures need to be replaced. This manuscript was posted as part of the Posting Ahead of Print program, and as such, the final paper was never published in the journal.
