Professor J. Toby Mottram of the University of Warwick, Coventry, United Kingdom, has rotated off the International Editorial Board of the Journal of Composites for Construction. Professor Mottram was appointed to the Board in February 1997 and has provided guidance and expertise relating mainly to composite structural shapes. I thank Professor Mottram for his many years of outstanding service to the Journal.
