Upgrading Written Communication: Your Firm's and your Own

Abstract
This paper is presented to show how technical organizations have allowed written communications to deteriorate, why they have deteriorated, and what can be done to improve the situation. There is specific information given on grammatical rules and techniques thai have been long forgotten by most engineers but need to be resurrected. The roles of an organization and its management are given so that firms may try to implement programes for improvement.
