The authors regret that the coefficients presented for Eq. (17) in the original paper are incorrect. The correct coefficients are:

The error has no implications elsewhere in the paper. The correct coefficients were used in all derivations. The incorrect coefficients were taken from the wrong table in a spreadsheet during the preparation of the manuscript. The authors apologize for their inefficiency in this matter.
