The February issue contains the editorial “Urban Stormwater Regulations—Are Impervious Area Limits a Good Idea?,” by Jonathan Jones, E. Jones, Andrew Earles, Elizabeth Fassman, Edwin E. Herricks, Ben Urbonas, and Jane K. Clary. This editorial discusses the consequences of Phase II of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater regulations.
