The following corrections should be noted:

On page 1217, Eq. (4) should read

On page 1217, in the Fig. 2, “ ${\sigma }_{\mathrm{A}}$ ” should be replaced by $t_{\mathrm{A}}$ .

On page 1218, on the second and third lines of the third paragraph under the section on Verification of CZM, the words “abscissa” and “ordinate” should be interchanged.

On page 1218, on the fourth line of the third paragraph under the section on Verification of CZM, “ $\delta ∕{\delta }_c$ ” should be replaced by $\Delta ∕{\delta }_c$ .

On page 1222, in the 11th reference of the second column, “1980” should be replaced by 1981.

On page 1223, the fifth reference of the second column should be replaced with the following reference: Siegmund, T., and Needleman, A. (1997). “A numerical study of dynamic crack growth in elastic-viscoplastic solids.” Int. J. of Solids Struct., 34, 769–787.”
