Abstract
The design of the Bigelow Chapel—a distinctive sanctuary that employs daring cantilevers, slender forms, large windows, a series of glass panes, and an interior devoid of columns—required several innovative engineering solutions, including customized framing and unconventional detailing using conventional materials.
