An Impression of the Technical Division Activity in Asce

Abstract

The objective of the American Society of Civil Engineers is stated in its Constitution as being “the advancement of the science and profession of engineering.” In keeping with that objective, ASCE always has endeavored to provide for its members programs of action and services designed to develop well-rounded civil engineers and to increase the competence and effectiveness of the profession.
