This Special Collection on ‘Managing and Resolving Disputes in Green Construction’ features the importance of green construction and its related dispute matters. Green construction is a widely discussed topic worldwide as a solution to decrease adverse impacts on the environment. The paradigm shift from conventional to green construction is expected to yield environmental, social, and economic benefits. However, green construction implementation is adversely affected by initial cost premiums, although there are significant savings throughout the life-cycle of green construction in terms of water and energy. Effective managing and resolving disputes for green construction is the focus of this Special Collection.
